there's nothing quite so therapeutic as tossing on a simple sundress (patterned for me, but still simple) and walking to the piers in flip flops on a 91 degree night. this was from last week in nyc when heat was absolutely unbearable in my room so i wandered off to the piers to do some diary writing and harper's bazaar obsessing. also felt like i found a secret garden except it's not not so secret, but such a nice getaway from the bustling city.
